Beer Bread

Ingredients
500g Snowflake Easymix 5-in-1 Savoury Mix
375ml Beer or Alcohol-free Beer
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Combine beer and Savoury Mix in a mixing bowl
- Form into a firm dough ball, then roll dough into a loaf shape
- Place into well-greased loaf pan (around 85 mm x 190 mm) and rest for 10 minutes
- Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through
